Our Plant Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in every plant you bring home. Our plant guarantee program provides support, guidance, and nursery credit where applicable.
Before Returning a Plant
Many plants go through natural stress or dormancy at certain times of year, and our team can often help revive them without needing to bring them back. So please give us a call or send us photos first.
When Returning a Plant, Please Bring:
- The plant
- The original receipt
- Plant tags (recommended)
Guarantee Coverage
3-Year Guarantee — Nursery Stock
Trees, shrubs, and bushes are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase.
If the plant is deemed non-viable, a nursery credit will be issued for the original purchase price.
1-Year Guarantee — Perennials, Roses & Clematises
Guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase.
Purchases made before June 1 may be returned until June 30 of the following year.
No Guarantee On:
- Annuals
- Bi-annual plants
- Tropical plants
- Houseplants
Situations Not Covered by Guarantee
Guarantees do not apply in cases of:
- Improper planting or watering
- Weather extremes (ice, frost, wind, drought)
- Pests or disease
- Animal damage
- Broken trunks/stems
- Plants left in pots or ornamental containers
Guarantees are one-time only and do not transfer to replacement plants.
Nursery Credits
- Act like store credits
- Can be used toward any merchandise
- Replacement plants purchased with credits do not receive a new guarantee
